About Me
Teaching chemistry for 15+ years
Inspired by my favorite teacher in high school, I fell in love with chemistry and the art of education. After pursuing a degree in Pharmacological Chemistry from UC San Diego, I attended grad school at UC Santa Barbara. I earned a Master's in 2005 and ever since have been teaching chemistry and enjoying work as a general and organic chemistry tutor.

Throughout my career teaching lectures and chemistry tutoring I've worked with thousands of students---both in group settings and individually. I've met countless students who thought they could never pass chemistry, and helped them to realize that with the right coaching, and a little hard work, earning an "A" is completely within reach!
